The hotel has all the necessary characteristics for a business trip: it is comfortable, clean, well located and the restaurant has a nice choice of food.

It was very clean in the hotel. If your plans include visiting City Museum, you should stay here❤

Convenient location to visit Moises Lucarelli Stadium, which is just a stone's throw away from here. Ideal spot for a quick city getaway and catching a game ⚽.

Staff are very efficient and friendly, room is well kept and clean. Although the location it's key point, airport and entertainment/ restaurant area within the city (cambui) are easily acessed in a matter of minutes.

Room shower could have better distribuition (you enter directly onto the water) and the drain was not working too well, although I did not have any problem taking my shower, this could be re-thought. Also the air conditioning works really well, however the air is directed to the second bed.

Comfortable and cozy rooms with soft, clean sheets - a pleasant change from other hotels. Appreciated the English-speaking staff at the front desk. Bathroom was in better condition compared to other hotels in Brazil. Good breakfast with a decent variety of options. Fast and hassle-free check-in process. The pool area was a great spot to unwind.

Upon check-in the receptionist had no clue about my reservation even though I had done it via the internet. I asked that my a Club number e entered and she did not comply.

During my Christmas stay, there were some things that I enjoyed about the hotel. the valet parking was very convenient and saved me a lot of time. the location was great as it was close to all of the shopping and dining areas. Finally, the breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety.

There were also some negatives about the hotel. the room decor was quite outdated and could use a refresh.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Mercure Campinas. The staff was friendly, always making sure I had everything I needed. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a great environment to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The free wifi was also a big plus, allowing me to stay connected.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the Cambuiu neighborhood's restaurants and bars. there's a restaurant nearby which was open late. the breakfast was good, and the hotel was clean.

There were some issues with service. the check-in line was very long, and there was only one employee to handle it.

The hotel had modern and well-equipped rooms with flat screen TVs and refrigerators. The friendly staff spoke some English and the free internet service was a plus. The restaurant served excellent food and the portions were generous.

The surrounding neighborhood didn't seem safe so it was best not to walk around after dark. The elevator kept breaking down, a really frustrating issue.

We loved the cleanliness and hotel facilities, including the valet parking and the comfortable beds. The breakfast was also excellent with many options available. the location was great for taking a taxi to the Cambui zone where there are a lot of bars, and the hotel staff ensured our transportation needs were met.

This city has much to offer and we highly recommend exploring it while staying in this hotel.
